Design/Render/Create 3d mockup of a Toy Product

I am looking to render/create a mockup of a toy concept. Basically have the ability to change this reference product (link below) into some other characters such as different people, animals, creatures, etc

Here is the sample reference product that we will transform:

Essentially want to change it from the original monkey design into some other people, characters, animals, etc.
