Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact in all client concerns and needs matters.
Responsible for creating and updating documents regularly for project updates.
Provide daily updates to clients and the recruitment team regarding the status of the projects.
Ensure experts are vetted and appropriately screened based on the client’s requirements and project needs.
Responsible for connecting clients and experts in scheduled interviews.
Manage the scheduling of expert calls (sending calendar invites, reminders, etc.)
Ensure processing of payments to experts is done promptly.
Daily onboarding of experts on the Zintro Platform.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client’s needs and objectives.
Maintain good relationships with clients and experts.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the ---------- D 4.5 per hour
42.5 hours weekly
Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EDT
