USRN Clinical Instructor

Primarily responsible for providing precepting support to newly hired nurses post completion of initial training (Pre Process Training, Systems/Process Training, and Service Rehearsal) as they transition and progress to actual production work.

Provides precepting support to clinical staff being cross-trained or up-skilled to perform a new task/role.

Works closely with Service Delivery, Quality and Clinical Training Teams in assessing and analyzing the clinical learning needs and performance of clinicians through a well-defined Needs Analysis process. Implements clinical support learning activities in consultation with the client to facilitate the achievement of service level targets and business needs.

Conducts case analyses and assesses quality error trends to spot and address clinical knowledge and skills gaps.

Functions as a clinical resource to both clinical and non-clinical staff.

Supports operations to ensure adherence with accreditation, regulatory and quality standards.
