The Job
For the CRM Manager, we are looking for someone who can bring experience from their past role, while also bringing fresh ideas from their own innovative thinking.

Our site is run on Woocommerce, and we are integrated with Klaviyo for email and Attentive for SMS. The target is to maximise revenue while increasing open rates and conversion of course! This will be achieved through continuous AB testing, testing your theories about what will perform better, the imagery, the emojis, the time of day, and more. You will be required to create a strategy you see fit with guidance and approval from senior leadership as needed, then build and execute the emails, testing as you go. You will be both building emails and workflows. We have an internal copy writer who will write all of the emails for you.

With the work that there is to be done, this role is only a part-time role, 4 hours per day and will be on a contractor basis.

What will you do?
?Oversee email and SMS performance across all of our brands.
?Report and track KPIs for revenue, AOV, CVR and Engagement on emails and SMS.
?Improve existing flows with continuous AB tests – there should never not be an AB test running!
?Create new innovative workflows and journeys for customers by product category and life cycle, working with the creative and site teams as needed.
?Build email campaigns that improve overall performance
?Schedule SMS, manage the SMS automated retargeting, AB testing within the platform as needed.
?Stay aware of competitor activity and be reactive with the emails as needed.

Who are we looking for?
?We are looking for someone who can work during European hours i.e. 4 hours between 4pm and midnight PH time.
?Your mind is a mix of logic and creativity
?You take a lot of pride in your work
4+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience is a must
?Experience working on Attentive preferable
?You enjoy out of the box thinking
