The Role

Transcribe restaurant menu data from a variety of sources (PDF, image, website, spreadsheets) into the Self-Serve Menu Management (SSMM) system
Research to find any missing information or incomplete/discrepant info
Ensure integration and accuracy of menu modifiers (i.e. “mods”) per menu item
Ensure the accuracy of pricing, descriptions, and other critical menu/venue-related information
Code data into various fields, such as item title, description, price, price options, as well as other relevant data.


The Requirements

Can work on graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
2+ years of technical experience with a POS (point of sale system) in the restaurant or bar industry (i.e. experience adding, deleting, or modifying menu items in a POS in the restaurant/bar industry
Must have experience with G-Suite
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have a clear understanding of restaurant/bar menus, and order-taking procedures
Preferably have an experience as a bar/restaurant manager/supervisor
