Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager/follow-up specialist to join one of the top online sales team. We are looking for a talented individual who enjoys being part of a team. This means you’re proactive, creative, and ready to provide new ideas. Your primary role is to top sales producer that requires consistent high level focus to detail.

Must have strong english speaking (little to no accent), administrative, and organizational skills.

Responsibility is to oversee and coordinate lead generation efforts and effectively follow up with potential clients or customers.

You'll be in charge of organizing leads, tracking progress, and maintaining communication to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.

Location: Remote

Compensation: Salary range is PHP 17,850 Philippine Peso.- PHP 20,000 per month depending on experience.

Requirements:

Exemplary planning, scheduling and time management skills
High level of verbal and written communications skills
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Office Systems and Management

Maintain client database
Client Searches
Maintain transactions, contract to close
Maintain project management (Birthdays, Home Anniversaries, Client Reviews)
Manage all reports, contracts, presentations and briefs
Create system/process solutions
Develop and monitoring efficient systems and processes
Set up meetings
Contract management
Maintain Prospect and Client lists
Maintain lead generation efforts
Tend to daily client support
Handle all client correspondence and acting as the point of contact
Process all client wants and needs
Obtain and provide feedback from clients

Schedule:

8-hours per day/40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: PHP 17,850 Philippine Peso.- PHP 20,000 per month
