Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Field inbound calls from students.
Make outbound calls and texts to delinquent students.
Provide exemplary customer service in every interaction.
Utilize technology to communicate w/ students via text, chat, and emails (Experience w/ Zendesk and Slack preferred).
Help students with their resumes and job searches.
Field and respond to inbound emails and messages from ---------- nd text messages using a template.
Follow all SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:
Extremely comfortable interacting w/ people, both verbally and in writing.
Hard working and personally responsible.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of student loans and Income Share ---------- fortable working fully remote.
Experienced in working remote and utilizing avenues like Slack or Teams to stay connected throughout the day.
