Policy and Improvement Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Policy and Improvement Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Policy Creation: Make and update policies that follow the rules and best practices. Talk to different teams to make sure policies cover everything they need.
- Policy Monitoring: Check if people are following the policies and see if they're working well. Fix things if they're not.
- Continuous Improvement: Help us get better by finding ways to do things more efficiently. Work with teams to fix problems and make things run smoother.
- Working with Others: Talk to different parts of the company like managers and legal teams to make sure everyone understands and follows the policies.


Qualifications:
- At least 3-4years experience in making and improving policies, preferably in a company.
- Worked with Amazon or any Ecommerce industry is a PLUS
- With previous leadership experience
- Proficient in comprehending rules and devising improvements accordingly.
- Skilled in effective communication and adept at multitasking.
- Attentive to details and proficient in utilizing computer tools for tasks.
- With experience in any training materials like Trainual or Metapulse is a PLUS
- Willing to work 9AM-6PM EST
- Comfortable with using Hubstaff
