We are an Australian based B2B Telco. We are looking for a new customer support agent with technical training and experience and willingness to learn.
Requirement
- experience with configuring a hosted or cloud PBX from scratch, such as Yeastar, FreePBX, 3CX, etc
including:
> adding SIP Trunks
> adding inbound and outbound routes
> creating dial plans
> creating and editing IVR, Ring Groups, Call Queues, Time Conditions
> adding extensions
> configuring Yealink handsets
Preferable:
- formal IT qualifications
- experience with Zoho Desk and Knowledgebase
- understanding of phone and internet ordering and provisioning processes
Role:
- working a 40 hours week during Sydney Australia hours within 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Friday with potential for oncall work on weekends.
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Good customer service skills
- attention to detail
- willingness to learn
You will be using remote desktop and you are expected to have a quality computer and internet service with backup internet.
