Job Description: Applicant will be cold calling on a 3 line dialer to motivated sellers (Vacant Homes, Probate, Pre Foreclosure, Absentee Owners, Code Violations etc...) and also following up with the leads and making offers and setting appointments. I am also looking for someone I can work with on a daily basis to help me with anything that is needed in the business. We offer a service to buy properties Cash quickly with no hassle for people in need. A sales script will be provided along with live call videos for training purposes. Training & coaching will be daily or weekly based on VA's productivity. We will start part time and move to full time once VA is fully trained and productive. We are looking for someone we can work with long term and comes with great communication skills and sales experience. We have great pay and even better bonus structure!!!
