Operation Manager

A multi-6-figure professional serviced-based organization seeks a full-time Operations Manager. This organization has a 7-figure upside in the next 2 years while working with iconic founders.
Compensation: $750/month ($4.6875/hour based on a 40-hour workweek) + Additional Performance Bonuses
Healthcare insurance after 6 months
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support, Admin/Executive Assistant, Proficient/Clear English, Leadership Skills, Team Management, Fulfillment, and Organized. Responsible for handling coaching calls and managing the email correspondence of the founders
Qualifications: No College Degree, Experience in sales/customer service, Excellent communication skills, Organizational skills, Self-motivation, Tech skills, & Problem-solving skills.
