Property Manager with Buildium experience

Our client is currently hiring a Rental Property Manager to oversee their growing portfolio of properties. Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties, including tenant inquiries, lease agreements, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
* Ensure vacancies are filled promptly by advertising available units and conducting tenant screenings.
* Coordinate property inspections and necessary repairs and maintenance.
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Handle administrative tasks such as lease preparation and e-signature processes.
* Utilize Buildium software to track property-related information, financials, and tenant records.
* Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing tenant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of property management experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices.
* Proficiency in using Buildium software with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to troubleshoot and address maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
* Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Google software (Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail).
* Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Reliable internet and computer setup for remote work.
* Bachelor's degree (ideal) or equivalent work experience.
* Adaptability and the ability to overcome challenges ---------- petitive salary range: $7-$9 per hour.
Working hours: 8am-5:30 pm CST.
