As a Female Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your main duties and responsibilities include:

- Conducting phone calls with clients, utilizing your exceptional communication and English skills to ensure a seamless experience.
- Demonstrating proactive action and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed assigned tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Skillfully negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of our clients to ensure fair and efficient claims settlement.
- Efficiently handling administrative tasks, such as entering information into systems and communicating with insurance companies via email.
- Diligently following up with insurance companies and ensuring accurate updates in the systems.
