Seeking a real estate recruiter for our national real estate team.
Must be willing to work during Central Standard Time (real estate team headquarters is located in San Antonio, Texas).
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Recruit High-Potential Agents: Utilize various methods, including cold calling,
Referral Posts: Create social media posts triaging real estate referrals nationwide. And systematically qualify agents that will either service the real estate referral or join the real estate team.
Recruiting Process: Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates. This includes conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, and ensuring that candidates meet the necessary criteria for the role.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain clear and organized records of all applicants, their interviews, and application data to streamline the candidate pipeline and protect applicant information.
Hiring Management: Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, making recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate suitability, and following up with candidates who are not selected.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to the team, identifying successful recruiting methods and strategies to attract the best candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must speak English Fluently
Ideally speak Spanish (Not a Must)
Ideally have real estate experience.
IMPORTANT:

Also, candidate must share 1-2 strategies they would deploy to recruit real estate agents if they were given the job today.
