The Website Designer & Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's website(s). This includes implementing responsive web designs, managing content updates, ensuring site functionality, and utilizing platforms such as Elementor and WordPress. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop website layouts and user interfaces using Elementor, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
Regularly update and maintain websites, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and implementing changes requested by stakeholders.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and other internal teams to align web content and features with organizational goals and campaigns.
Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
Monitor website analytics and report on key performance indicators.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web design and development.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in website design and development.
Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor is a must.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with SEO principles and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Knowledge of additional tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
