URGENT NEED :

HR ASSISTANT – MALE
LOGISTICS FREIGHT/PASAY AND CEBU

Salary : P16,000.00
* Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Psychology
* Preferably with at least 1-5 years working experience in field of Human Resources
* Keen to details, proactive, good at problem-solving, have initiative and positive outlook
* Good in written and oral communication


Job Description:
- Handle the recruitment from Managerial to staff level
- Handle employee relations such as grievances
- Maintain the HQ reportorial as to weekly report, HR Monthly Report and Manpower Cost Report
- Handle the G-HR and Salarium System
- Maintain and update the Databank
- Preparation of appointment letter, job offer, cert. of employment, company ID, Tool of trades and other pertinent documents in Recruitment
- Maintain the 201 files of employees from Managers to staff level
- Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by the immediate superior
