Job Title: Human Resources / Operations Manager
Location: Philippines (Remote Work)
Overview:
We are a leading Digital Marketing company committed to providing innovative and impactful solutions for our global clientele. As we continue to expand our presence in the Philippines, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources / Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and management, coupled with experience in the Digital Marketing field.
Responsibilities:
*Talent Acquisition & Management:
-Develop and execute recruiting plans to hire top talents in the Digital Marketing domain.
-Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, including conducting interviews and onboarding.
-Oversee performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
*Team Integration & Development:
-Facilitate smooth integration of remote tea
-Implement training and development programs specific to the Digital Marketing industry.
-Support tea
*HR Operations & Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
-Manage employee benefits, compensation, and welfare programs.
-Handle employee grievances and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
*Operational Management:
-Coordinate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
-Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
-Work closely with leadership to implement organizational changes and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Operations, preferably in the Digital Marketing industry.
-Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in the Philippines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven leadership and management abilities.
-Experience with HRIS and other HR-related technologies is a plus.
-Proficiency in English; knowledge of Filipino is a plus.
