My Biz Niche is a full-service digital agency specializing in custom website design, development, and online marketing. We have teams located all over the globe (PH, UK, Brazil, Bosnia, NY) and are rapidly growing! As we expand, we are looking for key people to join our team of collaborative, creative, and amazing individuals to be part of the journey!

Major Goal:
The Offsite SEO Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective off-site SEO strategies that drive traffic, increase online visibility, and improve search engine rankings for our clients. You will use your knowledge of current off-site SEO best practices to develop and execute comprehensive link building campaigns that deliver measurable results. You make sure that the SEO plan of action is executed according to the strategy, and break down the deliverables into clear and well-defined tasks that get completed in a timely manner.

You are the team expert in all things Off-site SEO. This includes training other specialists on the team, writing and executing SEO processes, and being the go-to resource for the team in relation to SEO.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysis and Strategic Performance
- Ensure that the off-site execution passes the criteria and MBN quality standard for the following:
* Evaluated business backlink profile
* Analysis of your competitor’s backlink profile
* Creation of reliable, relevant, quality (valuable) backlinks
* (Onsite SEO) Updated and improved internal linking
* Find, fix/update broken links
* Assessment and maintenance on quality link building options
* Quality Outreach link building strategy
* Update local citation and directory profiles
* Relevant Social Media posting
- Read and interpret client and project briefs, clients’ end goals, and ensure all activities and efforts being done are aligned with the planned efforts.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client's off-site SEO performance and identify areas for improvement and create clear short term & long term roadmaps to accomplish client's goals.
- Use a variety of SEO tools and techniques to analyze backlink profiles, referring domains, anchor text usage, and other off-site factors.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's industry and competition in order to identify unique opportunities for off-site optimization.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current off-site strategies and tactics, and recommend adjustments or new approaches as needed.
- Develop a clear, measurable off-site SEO strategy that aligns with the client's goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze off-site SEO performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on progress to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest off-site SEO trends and techniques, and make recommendations for incorporating new approaches into the client's strategy.
- Analyze and identify gaps in website content, optimizing pages for improved search results, in building links, and content creation.
- Develop / create successful onsite strategies, and planning, to drive growth on each account based on data provided - pulled reports coming from the analyst.
- Interpret and convert data analysis into actionable items for the team to execute in accordance with the client's business objectives.
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Responsible for identifying sites which are trustworthy, and relevant to your own target audience - Strategic guest posting approach.
- Identify forum threads on topics relevant to your business that you can add value to, such as expert knowledge on a specific topic to help answer a user’s question.

2. Team Management
- Task and resource allocation planning for off-page SEO Specialists.
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior tea ---------- mbers on reports & deliverables.
- Lead the strategy by evaluating the work completed to determine its effectiveness.
- Help with the implementation of all processes for off-page SEO practices.
- Host training for the team on new tactics, initial training and onboarding, and skill set development for all tea ---------- mbers.
- Aim to meet project goals within the specified budget; adjust practices to reflect cost saving measures and minimize risk.
- Report and escalate employee issues or concerns to management as needed.
- Suggest and organize team building activities.
- Listen to tea ---------- mber’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Suggest and help to coordinate training for the production team of Link builders and other tea ---------- mbers.
- Approve time sheets and time-off requests from tea ---------- mbers, ensure they are reporting to work on-time, and fulfilling their hours and meeting the utilization rate goal.
- Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward and evaluate team progress.
- Ensure that all tea ---------- mbers have a steady flow of work, and make recommendations for, organize, and facilitate internal work when client work is slow.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Create and present off-site strategy recommendations to account manager and SEO.
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager, content manager, and other stakeholders to develop and execute the overall SEO strategy for the client.
- Communicate regularly with the SEO Manager to align on SEO goals, initiatives, and priorities.
- Work with the GBP specialist and team to set-up and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Collaborate & provide insights to team managers, and directors to support off-site strategies
- Provide level of effort and time estimates for project deliverables to assist sales account management team.
- Closely collaborate with the onsite, content, and marketing team
- Work with the content team to drive SEO in content creation and manage SEO strategy
- Provide reports with detailed notes on the analysis and recommendations if any.
- Submit monthly SEO reports to account managers.

Qualifications:
> 3-5+ years proven experience in Offsite SEO, preferably in a managerial role.
> Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
> Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
> Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
> Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
> Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
> Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in technical SEO.
> Comfortable using Hubstaff to keep track work hours

Our work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff to time track work hours and monitor productivity output.

We have paid leaves, holiday pay, performance bonus, 13th month pay and team training and development.
