amazon customer service - seller central management & fulfilling

We are looking for someone with lots of experience in seller central to work for 1 - 2 hours per day from 6am - 8am philippines times to do our fulfilling and customer support in out account.

Please have extensive experience with seller central.

- How would you solve these problems?
1 - A product listing is down in seller central.
2 - A customer is very upset that they haven't received there order on time and leaves a negative review.
3 - A listing is not live and requires images from the designer and video and the A+ content is not created yet. What would you do?
