Marketing Manager - Property Management SaaS Provider

Job Description:

Tane Residence Philippines is looking for Marketing Manager, your role will involve planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand's market presence, attract potential clients, and retain existing ones. You will work closely with other internal teams to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at achieving our company goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand ---------- t, monitor, and report on team goals.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for ---------- sign and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within the SaaS or property management industry.
Understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and techniques.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time office base position with working hours of 9AM-12PM and 1PM-6PM, Monday to Friday.
