Our mission is to streamline and simplify the operations of property management companies through technology. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description:

As our Sales Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of our sales operations to maximize our growth in the property management SaaS market. Your role will be instrumental in driving new business, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify, prospect, and secure business opportunities to grow our customer base.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales ---------- liver engaging presentations and demos of our SaaS solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with our marketing and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the changing needs of our customers.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, report on sales metrics, and manage the sales budget.
Implement training and development initiatives to upskill the sales team and enhance performance.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a sales management role within the SaaS or property management ---------- monstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time office base position with working hours of 9AM-12PM and 1PM-6PM, Monday to Friday.
