Virtual Assistant

We are an Online Fitness Business looking for an Experienced Virtual Assistant (we are based in Australia).

- Work from home
- Consistent part time hours (20hrs per week)
- Great communication from the team for help and support with your role
- Expected to work autonomously once set up with no micro managing
- Weekly meeting with myself to check in and answer any questions
- Detailed onboarding processes and checklists so you can be confident completing daily tasks
- 3+ years experience as a VA is required
- Pay Rate: $7.50AUD per hour
- Working hours are 8am to 12pm, Monday to Friday (Perth, Australia time).
- Work hard but also be able to have fun at the same time

Tasks include:
- Data entry for meal plans, fitness programs and daily reporting
- Set up of new and renewing clients
- Speaking to Clients on the phone for Onboarding
- Payment processing and follow up
- Basic video editing (includes uploading and downloading of videos)
- Content scheduling via social media and email
- Creating detailed systems and checklists for new tasks
- One off projects
- Finding solutions to challenges on the go
