Join Loan Factory in making the dream of owning a home happen! We are seeking a Bilingual Mortgage Client Advisor who has excellent time management and the desire to help others. We have the best technological platform, support, great loan programs, and low rates but need great people to deliver the result to the consumers.


Role:

An Loan Officer Assistant assists Loan Officers and is a liaison between the clients, lenders, the Loan Officer, and other related third parties.

Oversee the work of the Loan Processors, ensuring that the process is smooth, trouble-free and the loan can be closed on time.

Ensure that the clients have a great experience with Loan Factory

Job Duties

Assist Loan officers with mortgage loan files and initial disclosures

Validate documents to detect any potential issues. Occupancy fraud is one of the potential risks, in addition to validating documents, you must address if there is a label “occupancy issue” attached to your file. Please refer to the Occupancy Issue Detector Instruction

Verify completeness of application information / documentation

Contact customers for initial, approval and funding conditions

Keep updated list of files with current statuses for Loan officers

Working and building new/ strong connections with realtors.

Requirements:

Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to get-things-done

Possess superior interpersonal skills

Efficiently manage his/her time and schedule

Can work under high pressure and challenging environment

Previous experience in customer service, real estate, or mortgage is preferred

Multilingual is a plus, preferably Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese
