Brand Letter Ltd is a global agency that manages ecommerce brands and we’re looking for a VA that can do the following:
- Provide amazing customer service and after-sales support to our customers
- Manage the admin area of our Wordpress and Shopify store
- Manage orders, add new products and update website page content
- Post to our social media channels with content provided by the design team
This is a full time role.
Requirements:
- 100% Fluent in English (advanced/near-native level)
- Proactive, not reactive
- Quick learner
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Reviews their work to make sure it's 100% correct before submitting
- Ability to shift gears for high/low priority tasks
- Immediate long-term availability
- Fast internet access
Experience:
- Wordpress
- Shopify
- Google Sheets
- Customer Service
Tasks
- Customer service - answering general questions from customers
- Customer service - providing order updates and post-order support
- Add products to Wordpress and Shopify ecommerce stores
- Update the content of Wordpress and Shopify pages
- Export and modify sales spreadsheets
- Manage social media channels
