We are an award-winning local painting company based in Cleveland, OH in search of a detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Coordinator with a keen focus on Social Media Management and Email Marketing. This remote position is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who excels in a dynamic, digital environment. Our ideal candidate is not just a task-master, but an innovator who can help us improve and establish our online presence.

Social Media Management Tasks:

Crafting and posting engaging daily / weekly social media content.

Boosting engagement across all our social media platforms.

Actively participating in various Facebook groups.

Building relationships with property managers, interior designers and related professionals on LinkedIn.

Editing and sharing informative videos featuring our painters.

Managing the social media content calendar.


Email Marketing Tasks:

Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns.

Distributing pre-designed marketing emails.

Monitoring and improving email marketing metrics.

Building and maintaining our email list.

General Tasks:

Managing our marketing vendors (Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads).

Creating visually appealing content using tools like ---------- eking new and better strategies for marketing our services.

Requirements:

Experience in digital marketing, particularly social media management and email marketing.

Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Effective power backup to ensure uninterrupted service.

Proficiency with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meta Business Suite.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Availability: We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST). The candidate should be available Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM EST for direct communication, and all other hours can be worked outside of this time frame.
