Web Programmer for Online Software Application

Our company is in its 10th year of operation. We are an internet and affiliate marketing company based in the U.S. We have a part-time position for a Web Programmer. In addition to the list of specifics listed below, this person must be diligent in the areas of detail and thoroughness. We will require regular status reports, detailed annotation in the code of the web pages that are created or edited, and to be on target with time schedules.
Our specific needs are as follows: 1. Create a software program to be accessed online and a user-friendly interface. 2. The program calculations will be derived from tables and formulas in an excel spreadsheet. The input, output and calculations are contained in 12 worksheets. 3. The User input will consist of several screens. Fields will require data validation as to whether the data is required and the range of allowed values. Some data entry will be in the form of dropdown boxes, and some entry fields will only be displayed depending on data previously entered. 4. The output will consist of several summary tables and data that can be downloaded and formatted for printing. 5. The graphical user interface should reflect Web2.0 style 6. The design of the program must be modular, allowing for future modifications and expansion. 7. The Code must be fully documented, and laid out so that debugging and modifications can be efficiently implemented without resort to the original programmer. We are looking for a long term arrangement and a team player. We have a U.S. based webmaster on our staff now for 10 years, since we began our company. We have technical staff that you will need to interact with regularly in the U.S. and Eastern Europe. Please send a detailed resume.
