Websites Design - WordPress

I am looking for WordPress guru :p, I know what I'm doing with web design just don't have the time.

I'm looking for a ongoing relationship where I'll tell you the design I want and you'll pick the theme and set it all up - no need for any seo as I'll be doing this plus I'll be ordering the content and imgs.

I just need somebody that can work on an hourly rate and take the work and get it done.
