JOB OVERVIEW

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding your posting on onlinejobs.ph. I am looking to hire a full time virtual employee to help with administration tasks (e.g., scheduling, expense reports), web research, and phone customer service. Over time I would also like to train someone to do more complex tasks such as pulling financial data from public company filings. The skills that will be needed are advanced fluency in English in both speaking and writing, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and familiarity in basic computer tools (Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word). All of these skills are a must have. A familiarity with accounting would be a bonus, but not required.

The job will be full time and I would like someone to work from 9pm to 4am Philippines time five days per week. I will pay 10,000 PHP per month to start. We will communicate using email and Skype. You will need to provide your own computer and VOIP solution (best solution is Magic Jack). You will be paid bi-weekly.

My company is a private equity firm located in San Francisco, CA. We invest in privately owned medium sized businesses and help them grow.
