Description/Information:

We need someone who can respond to customer texts, take calls from customers needing a referral, re-refer customers when needed and updating company data.

Need someone who can work a rotating schedule during Mountain Time.

Experience with taking calls, managing tickets in Zendesk, and Google Workspace.

VERY strong English writing and speaking skills for communicating with customers and with the team.
