Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company headquartered in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.
About the Role:
The Conversion Strategy and Intelligence Associate role is perfect for smart and hard-working individuals who want to pursue a path different from their previous education or career experience. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B Testing is a new field, so we don’t expect people to have any experience whatsoever - we’d be surprised if you did!
Candidates are assigned to the Conversion Intelligence (CI) Department of Spiralyze, which handles both qualitative data and testing innovations in the company. You will learn everything there is to know about CRO: from research to ideation to presentation.
This job might be right for you if:
You want to do something else aside from your degree (we get it - 18 is really not the best age to choose what you’ll be doing for the rest of your life).
You want to see what other opportunities are waiting for you out there, especially in fields you didn’t even know existed!
You like seeing where things could be better and coming up with a plan to do it.
You welcome variety - never afraid to take on a challenge, and always excited to see new things in store for you and Spiralyze.
You're adaptable - comfortable with both focused individual tasks and team-oriented roles.
You prefer a collaborative, not competitive, relationship with your coworkers - everyone is happy to lend a hand!
This job might not be right for you if:
You want a technical career in coding, web development, data analytics.
You’re looking for a part-time opportunity.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. That being said, please submit your resume in English.
Love questioning the status quo - You’ll never settle for what works, and you love to find ways to improve things.
Versatility - You are good at tackling tasks outside of your comfort zone, and you can learn things quickly. We believe that being a Jack of all trades is the way to go!
Detail-oriented - Type ‘purple’ into the References field of the application form.
Speed - We pride ourselves on getting things
Coachability - We don’t expect any experience from you, but we do expect you to catch on quickly and learn new things faster than most.
Empathy in leadership - We believe that leadership is built on the frontlines - We want people who believe that no job is too low for them to do and are always willing to do the grunt work to understand the situation better.
