E-commerce VA - Shopify, eBay, and B&Q

Key Responsibilities:
Regularly update and optimize product listings, descriptions, and images on Shopify, eBay, and B&Q.
Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure products are available for purchase.
Process customer orders efficiently on Shopify, eBay, and B&Q.
Address and resolve customer complaints, returns, and other issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior on Shopify, eBay, and B&Q platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product popularity, and customer feedback.

Requirements:
Experience in E-commerce platforms, at least for Shopify and eBay.
