Real Estate Virtual Assistant Needed for Deal Finding and Securing

We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using our bots to find lucrative real estate deals, including land deals, BRRRR deals, Section 8 properties, and fix and flip ---------- TE: KNOWLEDGED ABOUT THE AFOREMENTIONED RESPONSIBILITIES IS STRICTLY OBSERVED, DO NOT APPLY IF NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Use our bots to find and analyze potential real estate deals.
2. Understand and identify different types of real estate deals, including land deals, BRRRR deals, Section 8 properties, and fix and flip opportunities.
3. Call potential leads and secure deals.
4. Manage a provided phone line and email for communication and lead generation.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in real estate and a solid understanding of various types of real estate deals. If you do not know what at least three of the deal types mentioned above are, you may not be a fit for this role.


This role offers weekly pay and a commission for each deal that closes.
