Part-Time SEO Report Analyst and Sales Closer
Position Overview: Growaia is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time SEO Report Analyst and ---------- requires approximately 20 -25 hours per week. As the Program Manager for our SEO company, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, web developers, and analysts, to ensure each project's timely delivery, meeting quality standards and exceeding client expectations. Your strong leadership and project management skills will be essential in driving the success of the projects and creating a high-performance work environment. Your primary focus will be on creating SEO audit reports for Ecommerce and Home Service businesses across the United States.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for comprehensive SEO audits for websites, identifying strengths and areas of improvement.
Analyze website performance data using SEO tools to assess KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and conversion rate and create an audit report with your findings.
Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies to benchmark and develop a competitive advantage.
Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and keyword optimization.
Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities and trends for content optimization and creation.
Monitor and report on SEO performance using metrics and analytics tools, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
Engage with leads and prospects to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
Conduct closing sales presentations/calls and negotiate terms with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Close sales deals, meet sales targets, and contribute to revenue generation.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the SEO team to understand the services offered and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine sales and marketing strategies..
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of prior sales experience or experience in a role involving high levels of rejection handling.
At least 1 year of experience closing sales calls with customers
Advance understanding of web design, SEO, and the Ecommerce and Home Service industries is preferred (but not 100% required).
Fluent or Highly Proficient English language skills, both verbal and written.
Be able and willing to work US Pacific Time Zone hours. Argentina is 4 hours ahead.
Proven experience in conducting SEO audits and optimizing websites for search engines.
Previous experience in sales, with a track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Experience in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and close sales opportunities.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and ---------- tail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Highly motivated, hungry, and driven to achieve ---------- petitive mindset with a focus on numbers and results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Familiarity with CRM software and experience in maintaining accurate records.

Pay Range:
