Disposition Manager

Hello,

My name is Mohamed and I run a wholesaling real estate. I primarily work with land but have worked with residential, commercial and multi-family. I am looking to add both an acquisition and disposition agent to my team. I am looking for people who specialize in real estate and wholesaling specifically. I am looking for someone to bring in and help close 5-7 deals per month.

Hourly Pay ( Negotiable ) + Commission

Negotiation and Contracting: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous terms for property acquisitions, while efficiently bringing sellers under contract.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dynamic team to leverage collective expertise and brainstorm new approaches to optimize the acquisition process.
Outside-the-Box Thinking: Encourage and apply innovative, creative solutions to tackle challenges and identify unique opportunities in the ever-evolving real estate market.
Accurate Comps and Optimal Pricing: Utilize your expertise to diligently find comparable properties and conduct in-depth market analysis to determine the most strategic and competitive asking price for our properties.

Requirements:

Proven track record in negotiation and contracting, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Ability to think outside the box and proactively explore innovative solutions to enhance our acquisition strategies.
