Acquisition Agent

Hello,

My name is Mohamed and I run a wholesaling real estate. I primarily work with land but have worked with residential, commercial and multi-family. I am looking to add both an acquisition and disposition agent to my team. I am looking for people who specialize in real estate and wholesaling specifically. I am looking for someone to bring in and help close 5-7 deals per month.

Hourly Pay ( Negotiable ) + Commission


Job Description: Acquisition Agent - Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Follow-Up

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Acquisition Agent, your primary focus will be on cold calling, lead generation, and diligent follow-up with potential sellers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organization, time management, and a strong work ethic. Experience in finding comps, negotiating deals, and securing sellers under contract is a definite plus.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to targeted leads and potential sellers to identify opportunities for property acquisition. Effectively communicate the benefits of working with our company.
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, databases, and resources to generate high-quality leads and identify potential investment opportunities.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates. Implement effective strategies to keep potential sellers engaged throughout the sales process.
Market Analysis: Research and analyze comparable property sales to assist in determining accurate property values and potential negotiation strategies.
