Customer Service Specialist

This role will be responsible for managing data with various vendors (such as Amazon) and will require a strong attention detail. Responsibilities include: creating product loads by getting converting data into templates, managing product attributes through customer portals, creating and sending monthly marketing materials for customers (using data to create reports), communicating with customers via email and the phone.

Requirements:
- Strong English written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills such as website management, email, and especially Microsoft Excel
- Problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations

This employee must be available from 8am - 5pm PST M-F (Los Angeles, CA timezone)
