eCommerce Operations Assistant for Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart

We are a wholesale distribution company located in Los ---------- addition to selling to our regular retail clients, we have stores on Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. We are looking for someone with experience to help us expand our online sales.

• Create, manage, and optimize listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and potentially more platforms.
• Process orders, create shipping labels, and input orders for fulfillment.
• Customer support: answer questions, process returns, and monitor feedback/reviews.
• Stock management and re-order of supplies.
• Google Sheets and Excel, data entry, and basic online research.

Required skills:
• Technical Skills: ShipStation, Helium 10, Listing mirror, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
• Keyword and search engine optimization. Order fulfillment and shipping.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, must have excellent oral and written English skills.
• Personal Skills: responsible, punctual, proactive, resourceful, and positive.
• Experience: this is an advanced position that requires experience and is not a good fit for beginners.

You must be willing to work PST hours: 9 am - 5 pm
