Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Forecasting & Controllership: Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to forecast financial performance and provide strategic recommendations for business growth, while ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance.
CPA Accountants & Experienced Qualified CFOs: Demonstrated experience in working with certified public accountants (CPAs) and experienced CFOs to provide expert financial advice and support to drive organisational
Corporate T2 Tax Filing: Strong understanding of managing and overseeing the corporate tax filing process, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maximising tax benefits for the agency.
NTR & Tax Planning: Knowledge in non-assurance (NTR) engagements, tax planning, and consulting services to optimise tax strategies and minimise financial risks.
Personal Tax for Business Owners: Proficiency in providing guidance and support in personal tax planning for business owners within the
Multi-Year Clean Up Projects and More: Experience in leading multi-year financial clean-up projects to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Payroll Processing & Tax: Expertise in managing payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, and timely remittance of payroll taxes.
Reimbursements & Variable Compensation: Competence in administering and overseeing employee reimbursements and variable compensation plans.
Payroll Audit Support: Knowledge of supporting payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Onboarding, Offboarding, ROE & T4 Filings and More: Familiarity with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including filing Records of Employment (ROE) and T4 forms.
Accounting Records Clean Up: Ability to review and clean up accounting records to maintain accuracy and integrity.
