Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs across various mediums. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and proficiency in graphic design, along with a solid understanding of industry-standard software and tools.


Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to consistently deliver innovative and cutting-edge designs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software to create compelling motion graphics and video content.
- Utilize Figma and other design collaboration tools to streamline the design process and enhance team collaboration.
- Adapt designs for different platforms and mediums, ensuring optimal visual impact and usability.
- Organize all digital assets, including design files, images, and other relevant materials, in Dropbox or a similar cloud storage platform. Maintain a structured and easily accessible file system for efficient team collaboration and asset management.
- Develop and design front-end layouts and user interfaces for the company's website. Ensure a seamless user experience, consistent branding, and visually appealing designs that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling email marketing campaigns on a weekly ---------- sign engaging email templates, graphics, and visuals that effectively communicate the desired message and drive customer engagement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should posses the following qualifications and skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Strong skills in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) to create compelling motion graphics and video content.
- Familiarity with Figma and other design collaboration tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and remodeling is a plus.
- Experience with new AI platforms and technologies is a plus.
