We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our fast-growing rideshare, rental, food, and grocery delivery company. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities by establishing strong relationships with potential partners, businesses, and organizations. You will promote our services, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Prospect, identify, and approach potential clients, including businesses, hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, and other relevant entities to establish partnerships for our rideshare, rental, food, and grocery delivery services.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and partners, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events, to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our rideshare, rental, food, and grocery delivery services, understanding their unique selling points, pricing, and operational processes to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Negotiations: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and partnership terms that align with the company's goals and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and sales pipeline data, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, resolution of customer issues, and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the rideshare, rental, food, grocery, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals
Knowledge of the rideshare, rental, food, or grocery delivery industry is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and events.
