Commercial Real Estate Broker Looking for a Motivated VA

Are you an experienced virtual assistant with a passion for commercial real estate?

We are looking to hire a full-time VA to help grow our commercial real estate business on a long-term basis.
Below is a list of skills we would like our VA to have:
• Speaks Good English
• Experience in Lead Generation
• Experience Doing Cold Calling
• Admin Tasks
• Respond to Client’s Inquiries
• Market Research
Job Description:
You’ll be cold calling approximately 5 hours per day with other admin and market research work the other 3 hours.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable on the phone, follow a script, and be able to adapt to a variety of responses.
• 40 hours a week (Full-time) Salary
• Hourly Rate: $4.00/hr.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant in the commercial (or residential) real estate industry.
• Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with different platforms in commercial (or residential) real estate
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
