Job Role:
Long and short form video editor.

Job Type: Full Time, Need to have an overlap with Pacific Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Editing long form content and other videos into engaging short form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube shorts
- Create clips from long form content by trimming, cutting, and editing
- Add engaging captions, videos, GIFs, animations, graphics, sound effects, frame cropping and zooming to add movement, and music to clips in a way that mirrors, emphasizes, and improves the message of the video

Qualifications:
- Has good English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can create short form content like the links above starting with an original long form clip of a podcast or training video
- Proficient with Capcut
- Create clips from long form content (like a podcast or a long training)
- Trim, cut, and edit long form content into individual clips that resonate well with different audiences across different platforms
- After clips are selected, edit the videos for short form content to be posted on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube shorts
- Add captions in a way that emphasizes the message of the video
- Crop and edit the video in a way that makes the video feel dynamic and improving attention.
- Find and add images, graphics, GIFs, and short videos to emphasize and add to the message of the video.
- Find and add noises, sounds, and music to the video to improve the story and engagement
