We are looking to bring on an Operations/Executive Assistant to be an integral part of our team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an executive assistant with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who will work alongside our CEO & Project Manager to ensure our client’s & team receive a world class experience.
This is a remote role that would ideally suit someone who is looking to grow with a company for years to come. We are looking to start this position as FULL-Time (40 hours per week); you should be available 9-5, 5 days a week & able to work in the Australia/Sydney (AEST) Time Zone, with some out of hours support for urgent enquiries.
RESPONSIBILTIES:

-- Pull Data to Support Project Manager: Pull reports to evaluate projects with Director, create monthly workload/attendance summaries to present to the Project Manager, report on timelines/sticking points for projects
-- Support with Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, as measured by client satisfaction rates, project deadlines met, and project budgets achieved.

-- Support Operational Growth & Team Happiness: Manage daily operations tasks, including investigating issues, following up with invoices, scheduling and reporting on team reviews, tracking team attendance/workload, and maintaining proper process documentation.
-- Process Improvement: Implement and refine processes and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of project delivery. Create necessary SOPs
EXPERIENCE:
You should not be new to any of the above responsibilities and have incredible attention to detail. You are independent & complete work in a timely manner with minimum supervision - easily able to keep others on track.
You must be an exceptionally organised individual who loves to proactively problem solve and create order. You should be comfortable using: Clickup, Zoom, Google Workspace (sheets, docs, mail, calendar), WordPress Administration, Slack, Xero
Other software we use (experience ideal but not necessary)
Process.st, Zapier, Airtable. Pipedrive/CRM, PandaDoc,
You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
