We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a virtual receptionist for a US-based laundry equipment business. We are specifically looking for a candidate who is bilingual in both Spanish and English to cater to our diverse clientele. As a virtual receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by answering calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients.
Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, proficiently communicating in both Spanish and English to assist customers effectively.
*Utilize Nextiva or similar phone systems to efficiently transfer calls to the correct departments, ensuring seamless communication.
*Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and customers, offering support in their preferred language.
*Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while upholding the reputation of our renowned laundry equipment business.
*Handle a low volume of calls during normal business hours, maintaining our commitment to exceptional service.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
Please note that this position is for one representative, and we currently require coverage for the specific working hours. However, considering our expansive business, there is a possibility of transitioning to 24/7 coverage in the future.
Requirements:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English, essential for serving our diverse customer base.
*Availability to work during business hours Eastern Standard Time, ensuring consistent support for our clients.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, displaying strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage inquiries efficiently.
*A professional demeanor with previous customer service experience, representing our prestigious laundry equipment business with utmost professionalism.
*Prior experience with Nextiva or similar phone systems is preferred, contributing to your seamless integration into our communication infrastructure.
