Our customer service clerk position will execute drop ships, answer phone calls and
Key Responsibilities:
o Ensure Customers are being provided with Excellent Customer Service
o Order Entry:
o Call Center: Ensure customer calls are being managed, logged, tracked for trends and with a mindset towards process and continuous improvement.
o Ensure Drop ships orders are being executed properly each day.
o Ensure Chats, E-Mails and E-Desk inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
o Understand our products – understand the details of what we sell, learn our products, part numbering system, product attributes, sourcing options
o Assist with AP and AR invoicing when needed.
Requirements/Background:
• Advanced fluency/mastery of English.
• Advanced/excellent writing skills.
• College degree.
• Organized & detail oriented.
• Meet deadlines daily/weekly/monthly.
• Fully committed and available to work.
• Capable of learning our internal computer software.
• Have significant experience managing Amazon accounts in a customer service capacity.
• Willing to learn about our products and address customer concerns/questions.
• Expert in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Experience using Slack, Asana, Click Up or other management tool.
