Rockstar Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter

We are luxury linen, bedding, and textile wholesale company in Miami, FL looking for a rockstar to help us take our business to the next level!

As our newest teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, your tasks would include, but are not limited to:

- Answering incoming phone calls
- Responding to incoming emails
- Generating leads and inputting them into our CRM (HubSpot)
- Calling leads and scheduling virtual meetings
- Moderate website chat
- Assist with order fulfillment (creating project orders, and sending to manufacturers)
- Help our team with anything that needs to be done.
