Position Overview:
We're hiring a full-time, detail-oriented, and technically excellent Email & SMS & Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team of superstar talent. You will oversee our agency-client relationships, build, implement, and execute strategies to suit each client's needs, and lead every part of our team – from the copywriters to the design experts – to ensure we maximize our client's growth from retention within predefined deadlines.


Responsibilities:

- Create and implement customized retention marketing strategies for your clients across automations, campaigns, and signup forms that align with business goals
- Execute and monitor email flows, SMS flows, email campaigns, and SMS campaigns and signup forms, including A/B testing and optimization
- Analyze and report on email flows, SMS flows, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and signup forms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to achieve maximum ROI
- Execute advanced segmentation to target specific audiences, deliver personalized experiences, and improve engagement
- Coordinate within our internal team to keep projects moving forward and execute your strategies
- Proofread and QA retention marketing copywriting and designs for clarity, grammar, spelling, inboxing, and optimal deliverability.
- Bi-weekly status calls with your clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends, Klaviyo feature releases, and best practices in retention marketing


Required Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of experience working with Klaviyo
- Know everything there is to know about Klaviyo and email & SMS retention marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and juggle your work schedule and the schedules of tea ---------- mbers operating across many different time zones.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starting, accountable, reliable, and comfortable absorbing responsibility
