Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller/Acquisition

As a Real Estate Cold Calling Acquisitions our company Purposeful Living Homes LLC, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential homeowners interested in selling their properties. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in outbound cold calls to prospects and gather essential information such as their motivation to sell, desired price, property condition, and timeline for the sale. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and managing leads efficiently, as well as following up with potential sellers to maintain strong relationships and ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling or similar outbound sales experience.
English speaking with little to no accent, possessing excellent verbal communication skills.
A self-driven and motivated individual, willing to work 20 hours a week on a long-term basis.
Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or lead management software to maintain accurate records.
High level of integrity and professionalism, representing the company's values and brand image.
A customer-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
