We’re recruiting for of a high-ticket coaching company that helps clinicians transition into the coaching world and build successful, sustainable online businesses.
The company empowers professionals to step into entrepreneurship with clarity, confidence, and strategy — teaching everything from niche definition, marketing, and sales to systems, branding, and mindset. The goal is simple: help clinicians impact more lives and achieve true freedom — time, energy, and financial freedom.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a full-time Operations Assistant who thrives in structured environments, loves organization, and finds satisfaction in keeping systems running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in supporting client onboarding, managing internal operations, and maintaining the systems that keep the business flowing seamlessly.
This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. You’ll start with clear operational and administrative tasks — and as you grow into the role, you’ll have opportunities to support podcast operations, inbox management, and sales admin projects.
Responsibilities:
ClickUp Management: Build and maintain trackers, checklists, and dashboards to keep projects and clients organized.
Slack Coordination: Set up, organize, and manage communication channels for clients and the internal team.
Client Operations: Ensure clients have access to the right materials, are booked for calls, and experience smooth onboarding.
Contract & Payment Tracking: Maintain accurate client data, update records, and monitor payments.
Additional Support (as the role grows): Assist with podcast coordination, inbox organization, and sales admin tasks.
Experience:
We’re looking for someone confident handling operational systems and who takes pride in being dependable and organized. While training will be provided, you should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and keeping systems clean and efficient.
You’re someone who can:
Stay organized and handle multiple priorities with ease
Communicate clearly with the team and clients
Manage and update ClickUp (experience in Notion and GoHighLevel (GHL) is a big plus!)
Take initiative and follow through without needing constant supervision
Anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
