Real Estate Dispositions-Transaction Coordinator

Our Growing Team is looking for a full time Dispo-TC Coordinator. Position is full time with paid holidays/sick time. Position starts at $4/hr USD with bonuses per closing that can increase your monthly salary to $1000/mo+. If the pay is not satisfactory please do not apply.

Job Overview:

1.) Using Investorlift to call/text investors and adding them to our buyers list.
2.) Oversee real estate contracts from start to closing.
3.) Research sites such as Facebook marketplace, craigslist, etc to find newer wholesalers that need help selling their deals.
4.) Working US hours--Mountain Standard Time from 10am -6pm

Requirements & Experience:

Great English is a MUST--you will be calling investors/title reps/real estate agents.
Experience with Investorlift is a big plus but not required.
